This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Stockton is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Stockton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This is a great budget friendly food truck there prices align with the product and service.you can save $10-$40 for similar hibachi restraunts ordering the same thing and paying a portion of the price I recommend the steak hibachi plate @ $22 comparable to the competition at $38-$42 it's nearly half the price you dont get the show or atmosphere but the steak hibachi plate stands up against the competition.the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare had a nice crust was well seasoned and rice is cooked well.the cons are the chicken plate but you can't complain with pricing is was a little dry and underseasoned but comparable restraunts are charging up to $38 for almost the same thing. Besides the chicken I'd recommend adding a onion ginger sauce option i enjoyed the Diablo sauce it's really not spicy but has alot of umami and is a great dipping sauce for the meats.this is probably the best option I've come across for hibachi especially if you want to skip the fancy show and take your plates to go

The steak was cooked to perfectionβtender, juicy, and full of flavor. The shrimp were fresh and seasoned just right, with that perfect hibachi-style sear. The chicken was incredibly flavorful and moist, not dry at all, and the veggies were crisp, vibrant, and delicious. Everything was perfectly balanced, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The presentation was great, and the service was friendly and fast. Whether you're a hibachi regular or trying it for the first time, Oishi delivers a top-notch meal that leaves you satisfied and wanting to come back. Highly recommend!

Oishii Hibachi Food Truck is hands down one of the best food trucks Iβve ever tried. The quality of the food is top-tier β everything is cooked fresh to order, and you can really taste the difference. I ordered the steak and chicken hibachi, and it was perfectly cooked: tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The fried rice was buttery and packed with just the right amount of seasoning, and the yum yum sauce? Next level. The portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your moneyβs worth. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and efficient β even during a busy lunch rush, they kept things moving smoothly. If youβre looking for delicious, restaurant-quality hibachi without the wait or price tag, Oishii is a must-try. Iβll definitely be back!
